Service Procedure and User Flow - Maratha Vivah Darbar

1. User can sign up by providing First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Groom/Bride selection, Marital Status, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
2. After registration, the system generates a One Time Password (OTP). User must enter the valid OTP to complete the sign-in process.
3. Once signed in, the user is redirected to the Subscription page.
4. Subscription can be purchased immediately or later.
5. User profile will not be visible to other members until a subscription plan is purchased.
6. After successful payment of the selected subscription plan (VIP or Gold), the user is redirected to the Profile Information page to complete the following details:
   • Personal Information
   • Horoscope and Photo Upload
   • Family Information
   • Partner Expectations
7. Until the profile is fully completed, the user will not be allowed to send requests to other profiles.
8. Each user is allowed to view a maximum of 5 profiles per day.
9. Profiles with VIP subscription will be displayed under the VIP Category.
10. Gold subscription profiles will be displayed in the regular listing.
11. User has the option to block any profile if found inappropriate.
12. User can send a request to any profile.
13. Personal and Family details of both users will remain hidden until the request is accepted.
14. Once the request is accepted, complete profile details become visible to both users.
15. User can Accept, Reject, or Cancel sent or received requests.
16. After acceptance of a request, both users can communicate with each other through the chat feature.
